Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by All-on-x Dental Lab (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Mobile Dental Lab”) to licensed dentists, dental clinics, institutions, or authorized purchasers (“Client” or “you”). By submitting a case, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

All-on-x Dental Lab specializes exclusively in All-on-X full arch implant restorations.

Our services include the laboratory fabrication of:

• Full arch implant-supported prostheses
  
  
• All-on-4, All-on-5, and All-on-6 restorations
  
  
• Hybrid full arch prosthetics
  
  
• Full arch implant bars and frameworks
  
  
• Temporary and final full arch restorations
  
  

We operate strictly as a dental laboratory. We do not provide:

• Implant surgery
  
  
• Diagnosis or treatment planning
  
  
• Direct patient services
  
  
• Clinical chairside adjustments
  
  

All restorations are fabricated solely according to the prescription, scans, and written instructions provided by the Client.

2. Case Submission Requirements

Each All-on-X case must include:

• A completed and signed laboratory prescription
  
  
• Accurate digital scans or physical impressions
  
  
• Verified implant system information (brand, connection type, platform size)
  
  
• Bite registration and occlusal records
  
  
• Prosthetic design specifications
  
  
• Confirmation of proper disinfection (for physical submissions)
  
  

The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of implant system details, angulation, positioning, and restorative instructions.

We reserve the right to delay or reject cases that are incomplete, unclear, or clinically unsuitable for fabrication.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Services are billed according to our current All-on-X fee schedule.
  
  
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  
  
• Payment terms are Net 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  
• Overdue balances may result in finance charges and/or suspension of services.
  
  
• We reserve the right to require prepayment or C.O.D. for accounts with past due balances.
  
  
• Title to goods remains with All-on-x Dental Lab until full payment is received.
  
  

4. Turnaround Time & Delivery

• Turnaround times are estimates and depend on case complexity and approval timelines.
  
  
• Delays may occur due to incomplete submissions, case modifications, or shipping carrier issues.
  
  
• Expedited services may be available at additional cost.
  
  
• Risk of loss transfers to the Client once the case is shipped unless otherwise agreed.
  
  

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

5. Remake & Limited Warranty

All All-on-X restorations are custom fabricated per prescription.

We will remake or adjust a restoration at no charge if the issue is directly caused by a laboratory manufacturing defect, provided:

• The case is returned within the specified warranty period.
  
  
• The original prosthesis is returned.
  
  
• The implant information and prescription originally provided were accurate.
  
  

The warranty does not cover:

• Implant misalignment or improper surgical placement
  
  
• Inaccurate implant system information
  
  
• Occlusal mismanagement
  
  
• Insufficient vertical clearance
  
  
• Patient-related complications (bone loss, parafunction, trauma, hygiene issues)
  
  
• Normal wear and tear
  
  

If fabrication proceeds against our technical recommendations, warranty coverage may be void.

6. Clinical Responsibility & Liability

The prescribing dentist retains full responsibility for:

• Diagnosis and treatment planning
  
  
• Implant placement and angulation
  
  
• Verification of fit, occlusion, and function
  
  
• Proper seating and torque according to manufacturer guidelines
  
  
• Patient communication and consent
  
  

All-on-x Dental Lab assumes no responsibility for clinical outcomes, surgical complications, or patient dissatisfaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific restoration involved.

We are not liable for:

• Chair time
  
  
• Lost revenue
  
  
• Corrective surgery costs
  
  
• Indirect or consequential damages
  
  

7. Digital Files & Intellectual Property

All digital designs, CAD/CAM files, bar designs, and framework designs created by All-on-x Dental Lab remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Website content, branding, and materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Regulatory Compliance

We fabricate restorations in accordance with applicable dental laboratory regulations and industry standards. The Client is responsible for compliance with:

• Local dental regulations
  
  
• Implant manufacturer protocols
  
  
• Informed patient consent requirements
  
  

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which All-on-x Dental Lab operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued submission of cases constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
